Job Highlights

• Execute production as per production plan and monitor process parameters for unit operation and processes
• Maintain batch records and logbooks
• Coordinate with maintenance for breakdown handling
• Supervise unloading of raw materials, control intermediate and finished product transfers
• Adhere Permit-to-Work (PTW) system
• Conduct toolbox talks and shift safety briefings
• Act as first responder during emergencies
• Ensure in-process checks and sample dispatch to QC
• Take corrective actions for off-spec results as per instructions from QC
• Prevent deviations and ensure batch traceability
  
  

Experience / Skills

• B.E Chemical
• 5 to 8 Years of experience in Chemical Industry
• Good Communication skills
• Good team handling skills
• Good knowledge of M.S Office
• Knowledge of SAP would be an additional advantage
