Job Description

Operates all assigned equipment following defined SOPs and safety procedures exactly; does not run equipment outside trained scope or normal parameters.
Supports shift output and yield targets by following process settings precisely, maintaining consistent work pace and reporting abnormalities promptly.
Carries out visual and basic measurement quality checks as instructed; records results accurately and reports non-conformances to the shift engineer immediately.
Performs AM activities — inspection, cleaning and lubrication — on assigned equipment per schedule; records findings accurately in the AM logbook.
Monitors assigned process parameters related to energy and material usage; reports out-of-range readings to the shift engineer with relevant observations.
