Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Academic Incharge to manage and supervise the academic operations of the school (approx. 900 students strength), ensuring quality education and smooth functioning as per CBSE standards.

Job Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage academic planning and execution
• Ensure implementation of CBSE curriculum and guidelines
• Supervise teachers, lesson planning, and classroom delivery
• Monitor student performance and academic outcomes
• Conduct teacher training, mentoring, and performance evaluation
• Handle timetable planning and academic scheduling
• Coordinate with school management for academic improvements
• Maintain discipline and ensure a positive learning environment
• Organize exams, assessments, and result analysis
• Support administrative responsibilities related to academics
