Function: Human Resources

- Officers/Managers at RO, Unit Heads, Production / Maintenance Mgrs, etc.
- Vendors
MBA (preferably)/PMIR
Experience:2-5 years
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Manage the recruitment and selection process, including job posting, sourcing, and interviewing.
- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.
- Nurture a positive working environment.
- Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.
- Contract Management
- Employee Engagement activities
- HRMIS & Reports
- OHC Management
