Educational Qualification

MBA (preferably)/PMIR

Experience:2-5 years

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process, including job posting, sourcing, and interviewing.
  • Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.
  • Nurture a positive working environment.
  • Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.
  • Contract Management
  • Employee Engagement activities
  • HRMIS & Reports
  • OHC Management
