Trainer

As a Trainer, you will be responsible for designing and delivering engaging training sessions to our clients, covering various aspects of BPM. Your expertise will empower our clients to optimize their business processes and achieve their goals. You will collaborate with our team to create comprehensive training materials and ensure a seamless learning experience.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver interactive training sessions on BPM concepts and best practices.
• Customize training programs to meet the specific needs of our clients.
• Provide hands-on guidance and support to trainees during workshops and training events.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and incorporate them into training materials.
• Collaborate with the Delivery Assurance team to align training with project requirements.
• Conduct regular feedback sessions with trainees to improve training effectiveness.
• Create and maintain training documentation and resources for future reference.
• Assist in developing and implementing training evaluation processes.
• Support the team in identifying and addressing any training-related challenges.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in BPM training or a similar role.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong knowledge of BPM concepts and methodologies.
• Ability to adapt training content to different audience levels.
• Proficiency in using training tools and technologies.
• Experience in creating engaging training materials.
• Analytical skills to assess training needs and outcomes.
• Team player with a collaborative mindset.
• Willingness to stay updated with industry developments.
