Locate new customers, assess the potential for wear protection coating and collect all the necessary information in line with the customer information card.
Managing Direct Sales activities for the customers in Jamshedpur, Kolkata , East india
Extend prompt after sales service to the developed Customers on a regular basis to customer’s satisfaction.
Develop new applications for wear resistant coatings.
Attend enquiries prepare quotations, negotiate, and finalize the orders at the customers end.
Keep track of all activities and new developments at the Customer’s end. Update CRM (Customer Relationship Management System)
Keep follow - up of new and amended work orders, payments against balance receivables.
Conduct trials and demonstrate the benefits of wear protection coatings and services. Generate trial reports and minutes of meetings.
Co - ordinate seminars as per requirement of assigned areas or specific customers. Ar-range the pre-requisites of a seminar like venue, facilities available with the customers, participant’s etc.
Field engineer chalks out his plans to meet the targets budgeted to him.
Maintain all the required files and documents. Co-ordinate with Manager Marketing for the implementation of Key Customer Management System (K.C.M.).
Required Education, Experience, Knowledge
Diploma in Engineering / Degree in Engineering (Mech /Production) or equivalent certification will be an added advantage.
6-8 Years in Sales of Solid carbide round tools or Gear cutting tools or cutting tools.
Must be ready to relocate to Jamshedpur
