Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Planning Engineer to join our team at an industrial project site. The ideal candidate will be responsible for project scheduling, progress tracking, and coordination using MS Project to ensure timely and efficient project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, monitor, and update project schedules using MS Project.
• Prepare baseline schedules, resource plans, and timelines for industrial projects.
• Track project progress and identify potential delays or risks.
• Coordinate with site teams, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure alignment with project schedules.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
• Conduct variance analysis and recommend corrective actions.
• Assist in planning manpower, materials, and equipment requirements.
• Support project execution team with scheduling and planning insights.
• Ensure adherence to project milestones and deadlines.
  
  

Key Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Engineering Mechanical.
• 10 years of experience in project planning within industrial / construction sites.
• Hands-on experience with MS Project (mandatory).
• Strong understanding of project scheduling techniques and methodologies.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced site environment.
  
  

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in industrial/EPC projects (manufacturing plants, refineries, etc.).
• Familiarity with Primavera (optional advantage).
• Knowledge of project management concepts (WBS, critical path, etc.).
