Key Responsibilities
Plan improvement trials w.r.t higher throughput, change of raw material, better yield, lower energy
consumption and new products & packaging etc.in coordination with maintenance/CTS/product
development and marketing group.
Develop and implement EEDs covering plant and upstream and downstream units in coordination
with CTS/maintenance and other plants.
Track Leading and Lagging Indicators for Safe performance of plant and implement solutions to
bridge the gap.
Ensure correction of key repetitive process deviations and process failures through Root cause
Analysis and also ensure that maintenance failures are addressed thru RCA
Understanding of chiller systems, cooling towers, thermal heaters, demineralized water generation
and di-ionized water generation packages, multistage compression and distillation processes.
Experience with distillation columns with re-boilers, Vaporizer, multistage gas compression,
Experience in Managing batch preparation systems, product storage and handling systems,
loading and unloading, handling of Hazardous and toxic chemicals, cooling tower operations etc.
Preferred Qualifications : B.E. with 10 Years of Relevant work experience or Diploma Engineering with 13 years of Relevant work experience .
