Requirements

Key Responsibilities

Conduct quality tests on Walnut based on parameters such as size, moisture content, out-turn, defect levels, and taste.
Prepare and maintain accurate reports on testing results, including quality scores.
Identify and document any quality issues, anomalies, or deviations from standard quality specifications.
Collaborate with the procurement team to ensure only high-grade Walnuts meet purchase standards.

Benefits

A diploma or a Graduate degree, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in Walnut procurement & operations
Must be fluent in Kashmiri, Urdu and English
He should be good at filling up the Excel sheet and documentation
Should be capable of handling all logistics-related documentation
Must be capable of managing labour and other local entities
Must understand the grading-related process for Walnut.
Must be able to work longer hours as per the requirement.
Must have his own bike for local movement.
Must be a local resident, no relocation allowed.
