UI UX Designer

Overview:

We are seeking a talented User Experience Designer to transform our software into user-friendly products for our clients. The ideal candidate should have completed a UI/UX course from a reputable institute and should have 1 to 2 years of work experience.

Who are we looking for?

• 1 to 2 years of experience
  

• Proven work experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role
  

• Portfolio showcasing design projects
  

• Proficiency in wireframe tools (e.g., Figma)
  

• Up-to-date knowledge of design software like Adobe Figma and Photoshop
  

• Team spirit; strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders
  

• Good time-management skills
  

Requirements

Role & responsibilities:

• Research and Analysis:
  

• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to gather and evaluate user requirements.
  

• Wireframing and Prototyping:
  

• Illustrate design concepts using storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps.
  

• Prepare and present preliminary drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders.
  

• Interaction Design:
  

• Develop intuitive and engaging user interactions aligned with the overall product goals.
  

• Generate original graphic designs, including images, sketches, and tables.
  

• Visual Design:
  

• Design visually appealing interfaces for brand consistency and enhanced product aesthetics.
  

• Compliance with Style Standards:
  

• Ensure adherence to style standards, encompassing fonts, colors, and images.
  

• Usability Testing:
  

• Plan and conduct usability testing sessions to gather insights and identify improvement areas.
  

• Identify and troubleshoot potential UX issues, emphasizing responsiveness.
  

• Stay Updated on Industry Trends:
  

• Continuously monitor the latest UX/UI design trends, tools, and technologies for ongoing process improvement.
  

Tools:

• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Balsamiq, Figma, Sketch etc
  

Qualification/Interest:

• Bachelors degree in design (UI/UX) from a reputed college/university
  

• Course in UI/UX from a reputed institute
