Principal Tasks:- Ensure that engineering functions like HVAC, Purified water system, Utilities are properly managed for daily/weekly/monthly planning and execution. Bench marked performance of utilities for optimum availability and efficiencies and maintain the utility expenses within budgeted amount. Ensuring the compliance to cGMP requirements and good engineering practices, statutory laws, rules and regulations. Ensuring the planning and implementation of preventive maintenance programme to ensure maximum machine availability and minimum downtime. Explore the area of improvements in order to improve the throughput & quality attributes of product. Optimization of resources by conserving energy and reducing waste and Work on alternative cost reduction in all section of Engineering. To ensure the premises and equipment are maintained and services to function in a sound operating state.Critical spare parts management for timely preventive maintenance, breakdown maintenance and maintaining efficiencies of systems.
