Technical Supervisor

• Major Purpose of the Job -Analysis and Sampling of raw material and packing material. • Principal Tasks: -Chemical management. -Data recording in LIMS. -Analysis and sampling of Packing Material. -Analysis and sampling of Raw material. -Maintain the cGLP in Quality Control Lab. -Preparation of volumetric solution and test solutions. -Maintenance of column usage, working standard and instrument log book. -Calibration of QC instruments as per schedule • Responsibilities: -Chemical and glassware stock management. -To prepare volumetric solutions and test solutions. -Result recording in LIMS. -Analysis and documentation of Finished goods, In- process, Semi finish samples and Stability samples. -Receiving and inward of In-process, Finished goods and Semi-finish samples. -Discard of Finished goods, in- process samples, Raw Material & Packing material after analysis. -Preparation of volumetric solution and test solutions. -Analysis of Packing Material and Raw material. -Sampling of Packing Material and Raw material. -Working standard qualification. -Reference standard, working standard, column and chemical stock Management. -Any other job as and when delegated by Head-QC. • Environment and Health & safety: -To ensure processes needed for integrated management system for establishing, implementing and maintaining properly in the department. -To participate in periodic IMS system audits and to maintain the records. -To participate in training for internal auditors for IMS System. -To participate in various Awareness trainings on Environment, Health and Safety. -To participate in management review meetings and maintain record of the same.
