Job Purpose



  • To deliver exceptional client service with a strong focus on customer retention and long-term relationship management.
  • Drive product sales and spearhead the acquisition of new clients to support business growth and market expansion.

Roles & Responsibilities



  • Generate sales opportunities for both self and team members by proactively identifying and pursuing potential leads.
  • Customer Acquisition: Focus on acquiring new clients, with a strong emphasis on building a high-yield Affordable Mortgage portfolio.
  • Portfolio Quality: Ensure the overall health and quality of the loan book through diligent monitoring and risk management.
  • Digital Adoption: Embrace and advocate the use of digital tools and platforms to drive efficiency and enhance customer engagement.
  • Team Development: Lead by example—groom, mentor, and support team members to achieve their professional goals and business objectives.

Secondary Responsibilities



  • Customer Service & Compliance: Uphold the highest standards of customer experience and ensure strict adherence to regulatory and compliance norms.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Build strong relationships with colleagues across different business verticals to identify and capitalize on cross-selling opportunities.
