Siemens Ltd, e-Mobility is looking for a Head of Quality & EHS for our EV charger manufacturing facility in Jalgaon, Maharashtra. You will own end-to-end product quality for our AC and DC EV chargers – from supplier development and incoming inspection through in-process control, final testing and field performance – while ensuring the plant operates safely, sustainably and in full compliance with Siemens EHS standards and statutory requirements. As a key member of the plant leadership team, you will report to the Head of Plant.

What You Will Do

  • Quality Strategy & QMS: Define and deploy the plant quality strategy; own and sustain ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 certifications and Siemens internal quality/EHS audits.

  • Problem Solving: Drive structured RCA (8D, 5-Why, Ishikawa, Is/Is-Not, FMEA) for internal, supplier and field failures and ensure lessons learned are institutionalized.
  • New Product Introduction: Participate in NPI/localization gates through PFMEA, control plans, test specifications and product/process validation.

  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with Factories Act, Maharashtra Factory Rules, MPCB consents, hazardous/e-waste rules and Siemens EHS directives; manage statutory inspections and reporting.
