Education: Any bachelor’s degree (B.Ed / diploma in education or counselling preferred).
Experience: Freshers welcome; 1–2 years in teaching/facilitation/youth work is an advantage.
Skills:

Strong communication & interpersonal skills
Classroom/group facilitation
Empathy, patience, integrity
Lesson planning & basic reporting
Creative methods (stories, role-plays, activities)

Other:

Passion for value education & student development
Willingness to undergo training
Flexibility with sessions (school hours / occasional weekends)
