Process Manager Stainless Furnhace

Our client is a global leader in metal-processing technologies and industrial engineering, providing equipment and turnkey solutions for the steel, stainless steel and aluminium industries. Its activities cover engineering, equipment supply, installation, commissioning and technical services, offering opportunities to work on international industrial projects and advanced technologies.

As part of a stainless steel furnace modification project, we are looking for a hands-on Process Manager to support the modification and commissioning phases.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical and process expertise during the modification and commissioning of the stainless steel furnace.
• Monitor and optimize furnace process parameters during commissioning and start-up.
• Analyze process performance and identify deviations or technical issues.
• Troubleshoot and implement corrective actions to ensure optimal furnace operation.
• Support testing, commissioning and production start-up activities.
• Work closely with the Commissioning Manager, engineering, automation, maintenance and production teams.
• Provide technical recommendations and support to the project team on site.

• Strong technical knowledge of stainless steel (INOX) furnace processes.
• Proven and confirmed experience in the commissioning and start-up of stainless steel furnaces is essential.
• Experience in process optimization and troubleshooting.
• Experience in industrial furnace modification, revamping or upgrade projects is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary and international environment.
• Availability for a 3-week on-site assignment.
