The Horizon Times also collaborates with organizations and institutions for editorial features, brand storytelling, and strategic visibility while maintaining credibility and impact.

Role Description This is a full-time Telecaller role based in Jaipur with a hybrid work arrangement, allowing some work-from-home flexibility. The Telecaller will engage with prospective and existing audiences, partners, and stakeholders through outbound and inbound calls to share information about THoT’s offerings, collect feedback, and support audience engagement campaigns. Day-to-day responsibilities include making calls, explaining services and editorial initiatives, maintaining accurate call records, and updating contact databases. The role also involves coordinating with editorial and marketing teams to support subscription drives, event promotions, and partnership outreach, and following standardized scripts while adapting to caller needs. The Telecaller is expected to meet call volume and quality targets, ensure polite and professional communication, and report regularly on outreach outcomes.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal communication skills in English and Hindi, with clear articulation and active listening abilities.
• Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM tools or call management software.
• Ability to handle outbound and inbound calls professionally, manage objections, and maintain a courteous tone.
• Organizational skills for updating call logs, maintaining databases, and preparing simple call reports.
• Comfort working in a hybrid environment based in Jaipur, with reliability in meeting schedules and performance goals.
• Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales support is preferred but not mandatory.
• Interest in news, current affairs, policy, and media is an advantage.
• Minimum educational qualification: high school diploma; higher education in communication, marketing, or related fields is a plus.
