Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Supply Chain Intern to support our supply chain and operations team. The intern will gain hands-on experience in inventory management, order processing, stock coordination, logistics, and supply chain reporting.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in monitoring inventory levels and maintaining accurate stock records.

Track purchase orders, product availability, and stock replenishment requirements.

Coordinate with warehouse, procurement, and operations teams for smooth product movement.

Monitor order processing, dispatches, deliveries, and returns.

Maintain and update supply chain data using Excel or Google Sheets.

Assist in coordinating with vendors and logistics partners regarding shipments and delivery status.

Identify stock discrepancies and report delays or operational issues to the concerned team.

Prepare regular reports related to inventory, orders, and dispatches.

Support the team in improving operational efficiency and maintaining accurate documentation.

Requirements

Pursuing or completed a degree in BBA, B.Com, MBA, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.

Basic knowledge of MS Excel or Google Sheets.

Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.

Attention to detail and willingness to learn.

Ability to coordinate with multiple teams and manage assigned tasks efficiently.
