Social Media Marketing Internship In Jaipur

Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

• Audit our current social presence and identify what needs to change — content pillars, visual identity, posting cadence, tone of voice
• Build and own a content calendar that reflects our dermat-first brand positioning.
• Coordinate content production with our design/creative team — reels, carousels, stories, trend-led posts.
• Manage day-to-day community engagement — comments, DMs — keeping response time and tone on-brand.
• Track organic performance (reach, engagement, follower growth, saves/shares) and adjust the content mix based on what's actually working.
• Stay ahead of platform trends and formats, and adapt them for the brand quickly.
• Coordinate with the Influencer Marketing team to identify creator content that's been approved for reposting on our own channels.
• Repost only content that's cleared the team's internal review process
• Join a regular sync with the Influencer Marketing team to plan and select which creator content runs on our channels.
