Job Description

Responsible for conducting testing of raw materials, intermediates, and finished products according to BIS/ISO standards.
Oversee quality control processes for construction chemicals, paints, and related products.
Investigate and resolve customer complaints related to product quality, performance, or application.
Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and quality standards.
Proficient in handling a variety of instruments for testing admixture, grouts, waterproofing agents, polymers, etc.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
Stay updated on industry trends and technological advancements in quality control and testing methodologies.
Train and mentor junior QC chemists on testing procedures and quality assurance protocols.
Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot quality-related issues.
Excellent communication skills to liaise with internal stakeholders and external suppliers/vendors.
Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or related field required; Master's degree preferred.
Certification in Quality Control or related field is a plus.
5-8 years of experience in a similar role within the chemicals manufacturing industry.
