WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst who brings strong analytical capability and business acumen to transform data into meaningful insights. This role will suit someone who can work independently with complex datasets, build structured reporting systems, and support strategic decision-making across the organization. The ideal candidate believes data should enable clarity and simplicity in business decisions and has hands-on experience with SQL and modern analytical tools. Exposure to Python for automation and advanced analysis will be an added advantage.

Your Responsibilities

• Analyze business data across sales, marketing, operations, supply chain, and customer behavior
• Own daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reporting for leadership and internal stakeholders
• Monitor and deep-dive into key performance metrics including revenue, conversion rate, CAC, ROAS, AOV, inventory health, fulfilment SLAs, and returns
• Identify trends, gaps, and anomalies in data and translate them into actionable insights
• Design, build, and maintain dashboards and automated reports using Excel/Google Sheets, SQL, BigQuery, BI tools, and Python
• Improve data structures, reporting frameworks, and metric definitions for consistency and scalability
• Support business decisions related to campaigns, pricing, product launches, and operational efficiency
• Contribute to ERP implementation and workflow automation from a reporting and analytics perspective
• Work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and convert them into analytical solutions
• Ensure data accuracy, reliability, and timely availability of reports
• Continuously reduce manual effort through automation and process improvement
  
  

• Around 5 years of experience in Data Analysis, Business Analytics, MIS, or similar roles
• Strong working knowledge of SQL
• Experience using Python for data analysis or automation
• Advanced proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets (formulas, pivot tables, lookups, data models)
• Ability to work with large datasets from multiple sources
• Exposure to ERP systems and workflow automation is desirable
• Understanding of business KPIs in D2C, e-commerce, or retail environments
• Experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker is an advantage
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• High attention to detail and data integrity
• Ability to communicate insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders
