About The Role

We are seeking a Salesforce Business Application Analyst who combines strong Business Analysis capabilities with hands-on Salesforce administration experience. This is a hybrid role requiring an individual who can bridge business requirements and technical implementation while supporting the organization's evolving AI-driven Salesforce ecosystem.

A key differentiator for this role is experience working with Agentic AI solutions, where the analyst will serve as the human-in-the-loop, reviewing AI-generated outputs, refining prompts, validating recommendations, and continuously improving agent-driven workflows.

Key Responsibilities

Business Analysis & Process Improvement

• Partner with business stakeholders to understand, analyze, and document business needs and problem statements.
• Perform process analysis, identify improvement opportunities, and recommend scalable business application solutions.
• Create business requirements, user stories, process documentation, and functional specifications.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure delivered solutions meet business expectations.
  
  

• Administer and support enterprise business applications, including system configuration, user setup, access management, and issue resolution.
• Monitor application health, troubleshoot functional issues, and coordinate with development teams for enhancements and defect resolution.
• Support application license management, usage tracking, and compliance activities.
• Maintain data quality by assisting with data governance, validation, and cleanup activities.
  
  

• Support case management processes and identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency through automation and application enhancements.
• Configure and optimize application workflows using low-code or no-code capabilities where appropriate.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve system usability, adoption, and overall business value.
  
  

• Utilize AI-enabled capabilities within enterprise applications (such as Agentforce, Rovo, Claude, Gemini, or similar tools) to improve productivity and automate routine tasks.
• Evaluate AI-generated outputs, refine prompts when needed, and ensure business relevance and accuracy.
• Support the adoption of AI-assisted workflows while following organizational governance and best practices.
  
  

• Develop and maintain user guides, knowledge articles, process documentation, and training materials.
• Deliver user training and support adoption of new features and business processes.
• Prepare reports and dashboards for operational tracking and leadership reporting.
  
  

• 3–5 years of experience as a Business Application Analyst, Salesforce Business Analyst, Salesforce Administrator, or a similar enterprise application support role.
• Experience partnering with business stakeholders, IT teams, and developers to deliver business application solutions.
• Hands-on experience supporting enterprise business applications in Agile environments.
• Gather and analyze business requirements through stakeholder discussions, workshops, and discovery sessions.
• Create user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional documentation.
• Map business processes, perform gap analysis, and recommend scalable solutions.
• Conduct root cause analysis to identify underlying business issues before proposing solutions.
• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and participate in Agile ceremonies throughout the project lifecycle.
• Administer and configure enterprise business applications, including user management, system configuration, and troubleshooting.
• Manage user access, security, application licenses, and compliance activities.
• Maintain data quality through data governance, validation, and cleanup initiatives.
• Configure workflows and automation to improve operational efficiency.
• Develop reports and dashboards that provide actionable business insights and support decision-making.
• Familiarity with AI-enabled business applications such as Agentforce, Rovo, Claude, Gemini, or similar tools.
• Use AI capabilities to improve productivity, automate routine tasks, and enhance business workflows.
• Create and refine prompts to improve AI-generated outputs.
• Review and validate AI-generated recommendations to ensure business relevance, accuracy, and quality.
• Apply responsible AI practices while supporting the adoption and continuous improvement of AI-assisted workflows.
  
  

• Salesforce Administrator Certification (preferred)
• Experience supporting Salesforce or other enterprise SaaS platforms
• Experience with workflow automation and low-code/no-code platforms
• Exposure to IT Service Management (ITSM) or case management tools
• Familiarity with AI-assisted business applications and enterprise productivity tools
