Sales Head â Digital Marketing Agency
About The Role
We are looking for a proactive and commercially driven Sales Head who can lead the agencys revenue growth, build scalable sales systems, and manage client acquisition strategies. This role is ideal for someone who understands both sales and operations in a digital marketing or web development agency environment.
The role goes beyond just closing deals â we are looking for someone who can build predictable revenue pipelines, improve client quality, manage sales teams, and align growth with delivery capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
Own monthly revenue targets and sales pipeline growth
Build and optimize the agencys sales process and CRM systems
Manage lead generation channels including cold outreach, referrals, LinkedIn, networking, and partnerships
Lead and manage the sales team including BDEs and account managers
Conduct sales reviews, pipeline tracking, and performance monitoring
Improve proposal quality, conversion rates, and deal sizes
Ensure proper alignment between sales commitments and delivery capabilities
Monitor client retention, upsell opportunities, and recurring revenue growth
Share sales reports, forecasts, and market insights with leadership
Build scalable systems that reduce founder dependency on day-to-day sales operations
