Job Brief:- AU Small Finance Bank Limited is seeking a dedicated and proactive professional to join our Sales Department as a Relationship Officer. This role is pivotal in fostering and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, particularly within the Swadesh Banking segment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving customer acquisition, retention, and satisfaction by understanding client needs and offering tailored financial solutions. This position requires a deep understanding of financial products, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively within a dynamic banking environment to contribute to the bank's growth and customer-centric approach.
Responsibilities:-
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers to promote Swadesh Banking products and services.
Identify customer needs through detailed discussions and provide customized financial solutions aligned with AU Small Finance Bank's offerings.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets by effectively cross-selling and upselling banking products such as savings accounts, fixed deposits, loans, and insurance.
Conduct regular customer visits and follow-ups to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
Collaborate with internal teams including credit, operations, and marketing to ensure seamless service delivery and resolve customer issues promptly.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback in the bank’s CRM system.
Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to provide relevant advice and maintain compliance.
Organize and participate in community outreach programs and financial literacy initiatives to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.
Prepare and present detailed reports on sales performance, customer feedback, and market insights to senior management.
Ensure adherence to all banking policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements while managing customer relationships.

Preferred Qualifications:-
