Paid Ads Intern

We are looking for a curious and detail-oriented Paid Ads Intern who is eager to learn how performance marketing works in a real agency environment. You will get hands-on exposure to running and optimizing ad campaigns across platforms like Google and Meta.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in setting up and managing paid ad campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram)

Conduct basic keyword research and audience targeting

Monitor campaign performance and track key metrics (CTR, CPC, conversions, etc.)

Support in creating ad copies, creatives, and campaign structures

Analyze campaign data and share insights for improvement

Help in A/B testing of ads and landing pages

Coordinate with content, design, and marketing teams for campaign execution

Stay updated with latest trends in digital advertising

Who Can Apply

Students or freshers from BBA, B.Com, BA (Honors), BCA, or similar backgrounds

Strong interest in digital marketing and performance advertising

Basic understanding of social media platforms and online behavior

Analytical mindset with attention to detail

Willingness to learn and take ownership
