About This Opportunity

We are looking for Circle SME role, you will drive circle-wide RAN parameter governance, network optimization, and feature management to deliver best-in-class customer experience across 4G and 5G networks. You will own and advance network performance excellence and operations through effective governance, optimization, analytics, and innovation.

What You Will Do

• Own the RAN parameter strategy, compliance, configuration governance, and adherence across the circle.
• Drive sustainable improvements in Accessibility, Retainability, Mobility, Handover Success Rate, Data Throughput, Capacity Utilization, VoLTE/VoNR performance, and overall customer experience.
• Lead the optimization of LTE, VoLTE, 5G NSA, and 5G SA networks.
• Evaluate, test, and roll out new vendor features and optimization initiatives.
• Perform root cause analysis for performance degradation and major customer-impacting issues, acting as the L3 subject-matter expert for critical incidents and escalations.
• Ensure alignment across Circle, Central Engineering, and vendor teams.
• Drive automation, analytics, and dashboarding for performance management.
• Improve customer experience by reducing voice-of-customer concerns and complaints.
• Enable faster resolution of performance-related incidents and successful implementation of optimization features and initiatives.
  
  

You will bring

• 8+ years of experience in RAN performance and optimization.
• Strong expertise in LTE, VoLTE, 5G NSA, and 5G SA optimization.
• Hands-on experience in RAN parameter management, parameter governance, and multi-vendor environments.
• Expertise in Ericsson and/or Nokia OSS platforms.
• Strong knowledge of mobility and congestion management, KPI analytics, and root cause analysis.
• Experience using performance measures such as Accessibility, Retainability, Handover Success Rate, VoLTE/VoNR performance, Data Throughput, Capacity Utilization, customer complaint reduction, and parameter compliance scores.
• Knowledge of Power BI, SQL, and Python is preferred.
