Summary

We are seeking a dedicated professional to join our IT Services team in the role of Microsoft OS Voice Process Associate. This position is pivotal in delivering high-quality technical support to clients facing challenges with Microsoft operating systems. The successful candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for resolving customer inquiries, ensuring a seamless and efficient support experience through voice interactions. This role demands a blend of technical aptitude and strong interpersonal skills to effectively troubleshoot issues and guide users toward successful resolutions.

Responsibilities

Manage incoming voice calls to address customer queries regarding Microsoft operating system functionalities and troubleshooting.
Demonstrate active listening to accurately understand client issues and provide targeted problem-solving solutions.
Utilize strong verbal communication skills to explain technical concepts clearly and assist customers in real-time.
Maintain high standards of typing speed and accuracy while documenting interactions and updating support records.
Navigate customer support tools to handle queries efficiently and ensure timely resolution of technical problems.
Collaborate with team members to escalate complex issues when necessary, ensuring continuous service delivery.

Requirements

Requirements:

Minimum typing proficiency of 35 words per minute with an accuracy rate of 90%.
Possession of an AMCAT SVAR score of 65 or higher.
Proven ability to handle customer queries and manage voice-based support processes effectively.
Strong problem-solving capabilities with a focus on root-cause analysis.
Excellent active listening skills to grasp customer needs quickly.
Solid foundation in Microsoft OS support and general customer support principles.
Exceptional verbal communication skills to interact professionally with clients.

Salary: ₹3-4 LPA
