 HIRING | Metal QC 

We are hiring an experienced Metal QC professional responsible for inspecting metal materials, components and finished products to ensure they meet required quality standards, specifications and customer requirements.

 Key Responsibilities

• Inspect incoming raw materials, metal components and finished products
  
• Check dimensions, thickness, weight, surface finish, color and overall quality
  
• Identify defects such as scratches, dents, cracks, discoloration, porosity and improper finishing
  
• Conduct quality checks as per defined specifications and quality standards
  
• Use vernier calipers, micrometers, gauges and weighing scales
  
• Maintain inspection reports, rejection reports and quality documentation
  
• Coordinate with Production and other departments to resolve quality issues
  
• Monitor production processes and ensure adherence to quality procedures
  
• Conduct random and final inspections before dispatch
  
• Ensure proper segregation and documentation of rejected/non-conforming materials
  
• Support root-cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions
  
• Maintain quality records and inspection checklists
