WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

A Junior Creative Producer is a professional who is passionate about content — someone curious, proactive, and excited to turn ideas into meaningful brand stories.

This role is ideal for someone who loves ideating, researching trends, organizing content calendars, and supporting the execution of creative projects across brand platforms.

If youre always noticing new trends, brainstorming ideas, or thinking "we can make this better," you might be the perfect fit.

What You Will Be Responsible For

• Support in building and managing content calendars across brand touchpoints.
• Contribute ideas for reels, campaigns, product stories, founder-led content, and seasonal moments.
• Assist in aligning content ideas with brand goals — awareness, engagement, storytelling, or product education.
• Stay updated on cultural trends, lifestyle references, meme culture, and creator formats.
• Share trend insights and references with the team to keep content fresh and relevant.
• Work closely with writers, designers, and video teams to bring ideas to life.
• Assist in preparing briefs, mood boards, references, and production documents.
• Coordinate during shoots or creative tasks whenever required.
• Support in reviewing content performance and gathering insights.
• Learn and adapt based on what works and what doesn’t.
  
  

Who You Are

• 0–3 years of experience in content strategy, creative production, or digital content planning.
• A strong understanding of what makes content meaningful and engaging.
• Someone who enjoys being both creative and organized — structured creativity is your strength.
• Good communication skills and a strong visual sense.
• A team player who collaborates well across roles.
• Experience with D2C, lifestyle, fashion, or youth-focused brands is a plus.
• Bonus: Familiarity with Notion, Canva, Trello, or production workflows.
