Role Overview

We are looking for a Junior Accountant to manage vendor payments and customer collections. The role involves handling purchase orders, reconciliations, refunds, and basic compliance while working closely with procurement, sales, operations, and finance teams. This is an ideal role for someone looking to build strong fundamentals in end-to-end accounting in a fast-growing D2C environment.

WHAT WILL YOU BE RESPONSIBLE FOR?

• Manage vendor communication and ensure timely payments
• Handle purchase orders, expense booking, and vendor ledger reconciliation.
• Support sales, collections, and reconciliation across online, offline, and marketplace channels
• Process customer refunds and maintain refund and return MIS.
• Track payables and receivables and flag discrepancies.
• Assist in GST, TDS filings, and basic compliance activities.
• Maintain accurate accounting records and MIS for audits and reviews.
  
  

• 0–3 years of experience in accounting, AP, AR, or finance roles.
• B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) or equivalent.
• Good Excel skills and basic knowledge of accounting software.
• Understanding of GST, TDS, and AP–AR processes.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn.
