Job Title: Senior Business Central Functional Consultant – Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central

Job Overview

Looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Functional Consultant who can confidently engage with clients, understand business requirements, and deliver impactful ERP solutions.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, excellent functional knowledge across business processes, and the ability to work closely with clients, CXOs, business owners, finance teams, and technical/implementation teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead product demonstrations and presentations for prospective clients.
• Understand client business processes and recommend appropriate Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central solutions.
• Gather, analyze, and document functional requirements.
• Conduct solution walkthroughs and functional workshops.
• Deliver user training and support users in adopting Business Central solutions.
• Provide functional support and resolve client queries and issues.
• Collaborate with implementation and technical teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Translate business requirements into functional solutions and communicate them effectively to technical teams.
• Act as a trusted functional advisor throughout the customer journey.
• Support clients in improving business processes through effective ERP implementation and utilization.

Functional Expertise Required

Strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central across:

• Finance
• Sales
• Purchase
• Inventory
• Manufacturing
• Business Processes

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
• Deep understanding of Finance, Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Manufacturing, and related business processes.
• Strong functional consulting and requirement-gathering skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong presentation and product demonstration abilities.
• Ability to interact confidently with CXOs, business owners, finance teams, and other senior stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to understand complex business requirements and recommend suitable ERP solutions.
• Experience in client-facing, pre-sales, or functional consulting roles is preferred.
• Strong stakeholder management and coordination skills.
