Role Overview:

We are looking for a professional Front Office Executive to manage reception, visitor coordination, calls, and daily front desk activities.

• Handle incoming calls, emails, and enquiries

• Maintain visitor records and front office documentation

• Coordinate with internal teams for visitor requirements

• Manage appointments and meeting schedules

• Support daily administrative activities

• Maintain a professional and welcoming reception area
