Role Overview

We are looking for an ERP Analyst who will play a critical role in implementing, stabilizing, and optimizing ERPNext across SAADAA. You will work closely with business teams to understand processes and translate them into efficient ERP workflows while also supporting technical configurations and integrations.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to work at the intersection of business operations and technology and contribute to building scalable systems for a high-growth D2C apparel brand.

WHAT WILL YOU BE RESPONSIBLE FOR?

• Support end-to-end ERPNext implementation across functions such as supply chain, inventory, production, finance, and sales.
• Gather, document, and analyze business requirements and convert them into functional and technical ERP solutions.
• Configure ERPNext modules including Items, BOMs, Purchase, Inventory, Work Orders, Sales, and Accounting.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners for ERP development, customization, and deployment.
• Support data migration, validation, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Identify process gaps and recommend system-driven improvements and automation.
• Manage and support integrations with platforms such as Shopify, WMS, logistics partners, and reporting tools.
• Create and maintain ERP reports, dashboards, workflows, and basic custom scripts.
• Provide day-to-day ERP support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
• Prepare SOPs, documentation, and train internal stakeholders on ERP usage.
  
  

Who You Are

• 2–3 years of experience working in an ERP Analyst / ERP Executive / Functional Consultant role.
• Hands-on experience with ERPNext (mandatory).
• Strong understanding of both functional and technical ERP concepts.
• Experience working on ERP implementation or major module rollouts.
• Basic knowledge of scripting, workflows, and report building in ERPNext.
• Preferred experience in D2C, e-commerce, retail, or manufacturing environments.
• Comfortable working with cross-functional teams and translating business needs into system solutions.
• Detail-oriented, analytical, and proactive in problem-solving.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
