Ecommerce Executive Responsibilities

• Managing day-to-day operations of ecommerce websites and marketplaces.
• Uploading and maintaining product listings with accurate descriptions, pricing, and images.
• Monitoring inventory levels and coordinating stock updates.
• Processing and tracking customer orders and shipments.
• Handling customer queries, complaints, and support requests professionally.
• Coordinating with logistics and warehouse teams for smooth order fulfillment.
• Managing product categories, banners, and promotional offers on the website.
• Monitoring website performance and identifying areas for improvement.
• Conducting regular quality checks for product content and website accuracy.
• Generating sales reports and analyzing ecommerce performance metrics.
• Managing marketplace accounts such as Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, etc.
• Coordinating with marketing teams for online campaigns and promotions.
• Assisting in SEO optimization for product pages and categories.
• Monitoring competitor pricing and market trends.
• Ensuring timely updates of offers, discounts, and seasonal campaigns.
• Maintaining proper documentation and reports related to ecommerce activities.
• Collaborating with designers and developers for website improvements.

• Proven work experience as an Ecommerce Executive or similar role.
• Knowledge of ecommerce platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, or marketplaces.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing and SEO concepts.
• Experience with product listing and catalog management.
• Familiarity with Excel, Google Sheets, and reporting tools.
• Good understanding of online customer behavior and sales strategies.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage deadlines effectively.
• Knowledge of order management and inventory handling.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Familiarity with marketplace seller panels is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of image editing tools is a plus.
