Role Overview
As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns that drive customer acquisition, revenue growth, and brand visibility across digital platforms. This role requires a strong understanding of performance marketing, audience targeting, campaign optimization, analytics, and consumer behavior.
You will work closely with the creative, content, retention, and performance teams to scale campaigns efficiently while ensuring alignment with the brand voice and business objectives.
WHAT WILL YOU BE RESPONSIBLE FOR?
Plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across Meta, Google, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
Monitor and improve campaign performance metrics such as ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPC, CPM, and conversion rates.
Manage audience targeting, retargeting, funnel optimization, and customer acquisition strategies.
Coordinate with the creative and content teams for ad creatives, landing pages, and campaign assets.
Analyze campaign data, customer behavior, and website performance to generate actionable insights.
Conduct competitor analysis and identify new growth opportunities, audience segments, and scaling strategies.
Assist in budget planning, allocation, and performance forecasting for digital campaigns.
Work closely with retention and CRM teams to improve customer lifecycle marketing.
Maintain campaign reports, dashboards, tracking sheets, and marketing documentation.
Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, platform updates, and performance strategies.
Who You Are
2–5 years of experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, or growth marketing roles.
Strong understanding of Meta Ads, Google Ads, YouTube Ads, and digital acquisition funnels.
Analytical thinker with a strong performance-driven mindset.
Comfortable handling multiple campaigns and coordinating with cross-functional teams.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and execution skills.
Highly proactive, detail-oriented, and data-driven.
Able to identify growth opportunities and optimize campaigns efficiently.
Qualifications
Graduation in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, Technology, or a related field.
Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads is mandatory.
Basic understanding of Google Analytics, Shopify analytics, and tracking tools.
Comfortable using Google Sheets, dashboards, and reporting tools.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Experience in D2C, fashion, lifestyle, or consumer brands will be preferred.
