Job Overview

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Support Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer queries, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring a seamless support experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries via chat, email, and calls in a timely and professional manner
• Resolve product or service issues by identifying the root cause and providing effective solutions
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and experience
• Collaborate with internal teams (tech, product, sales) to resolve complex issues
• Document customer interactions and maintain records in CRM systems
• Provide product guidance and assist customers in using our platform effectively
• Identify recurring issues and suggest improvements
  
  

• 2–3 years of experience in customer support or a similar role
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
• Experience with CRM tools and support platforms
• Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
• Ability to handle multiple queries and work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic technical understanding (APIs, SaaS products is a plus)
  
  

• Experience in SaaS, tech, or WhatsApp/API-based platforms
• Familiarity with ticketing tools like Zohodesk, Freshdesk, etc.
