Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead the implementation of best practices to improve software quality and delivery timelines.
• Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Experience in developing and deploying marketing automation workflows within Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Strong knowledge of email marketing strategies and customer journey mapping.
• Ability to integrate Salesforce Marketing Cloud with other enterprise systems and data sources.
• Familiarity with scripting languages and APIs used in Salesforce Marketing Cloud for customization and automation.
• Understanding of data segmentation, personalization, and campaign analytics within the platform.
  
  
  

• The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• This position is based at our Jaipur office.
