Summary:

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead the development and implementation of custom software solutions that address complex business challenges.
• Facilitate effective communication and coordination among cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment and success.

• The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Workday Core HCM.
• This position is based at our Jaipur office.
• A 15 year full time education is required and Mandatory experience in the primary skill is required. Certification in primary skill is mandatory.
