WE ARE HIRING | Color Stone Grader 

We are hiring an experienced Color Stone Grader to evaluate and grade colored gemstones based on color, clarity, cut, carat weight, transparency, origin characteristics and overall quality.

 Key Responsibilities

• Inspect and grade colored gemstones according to established quality standards
  
• Evaluate color, hue, tone, saturation, clarity, cut, polish, symmetry and transparency
  
• Identify gemstones such as Ruby, Sapphire, Emerald, Amethyst, Topaz, Tourmaline, Garnet, Tanzanite and Aquamarine
  
• Detect visible inclusions, fractures, treatments and other quality characteristics
  
• Identify signs of heat treatment, filling, dyeing, irradiation, diffusion and other enhancements
  
• Assess gemstones under appropriate lighting and magnification
  
• Sort and categorize stones based on quality, size, color and commercial value
  
• Maintain accurate grading records and documentation
  
• Coordinate with Production, Quality Control, Purchase and Sales teams
  
• Ensure grading consistency and adherence to company quality standards
  
• Handle gemstones carefully and follow proper security procedures
