Client Success Executive

We are looking for a smart, organized, and responsible Client Success Executive who will handle post-sales client coordination, web development projects.

This role is ideal for freshers or early-career professionals who:

• Want to grow into Project Management + Client Handling
• Are not afraid of responsibility
• You dont need to code â but you must understand how websites.
  
  

• Freshers / Graduates with strong communication skills
• Candidates with basic knowledge of websites, WordPress or trainees looking to grow into Project Manager / Account Manager roles
• Candidates from Marketing, IT, BBA, MBA,B.Tech, BCA or similar backgrounds
• Training and guidance will be provided â attitude & learning ability matter more than experience.
  
  

• Post-Sales Client Handling
• Join client calls after deal closure
• Understand client requirements clearly
• Act as the main point of contact for ongoing projects
• Share regular updates and handle client queries professionally
• Web Development Project Coordination
• Understand website structure, features, and flow
• Convert client ideas into clear tasks for developers
• Coordinate with WordPress / Shopify developers
• Track timelines, milestones, and deliverables
• Ensure projects are completed on time and with quality
• Requirement Gathering & Documentation
• Ask the right questions during client discussions
• Convert vague ideas into clear action points
• Maintain clean documentation, task lists, and notes
• Avoid confusion between client expectations and execution
• Timeline & Quality Management
• Break projects into steps and milestones
• Track daily progressFollow up without hesitation
• Escalate issues early if something may get delayed
• Do basic quality checks before client delivery
