Job Description

ShopDeck is looking for energetic and target-driven individuals for the role of Business Development Partner – Field Sales (FoS). In this role, you will be responsible for identifying potential sellers, acquiring merchants, promoting ShopDeck's D2C solutions, and helping businesses establish and grow their online storefronts.

Role Requirements

1–3 years of experience in field sales or merchant onboarding.
Experience with e-commerce platforms, fintech, payment gateways, or merchant acquisition is preferred.
Fluency in Hindi and the local regional language.
Must own a two-wheeler, a smartphone and a laptop, along with a valid driving license.
Willingness to work on the ground, meet daily targets, and visit local markets.
