Experience Required: 4 to 10 Years

We are looking for a Business Development professional with a proven track record of selling technology services and solutions related to AS400 (IBM i), COBOL, EDI, application modernization, managed services, and legacy system transformation. The candidate must have end-to-end sales experience and a demonstrated history of generating net new revenue.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive new business acquisition and revenue growth within the AS400, COBOL, and EDI ecosystem.
• Identify opportunities for application modernization, legacy migration, managed services, and support engagements.
• Build and manage a pipeline through inbound and outbound sales activities.
• Own the complete sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure.
• Engage with CIOs, IT Directors, Enterprise Architects, and business stakeholders.
  
  

Must-Have Requirements

• 4+ years of B2B technology sales experience with a focus on AS400, COBOL, EDI, Mainframe, or legacy technology services.
• Demonstrated success in generating significant net-new revenue.
• Experience selling into industries such as Manufacturing, Retail, Logistics, Distribution, Banking, Financial Services, or Insurance.
• Hands-on experience selling technology services including application modernization, managed services, legacy transformation, application maintenance, and cloud migration.
• Strong understanding of enterprise sales cycles and consultative selling methodologies.
• Proven ability to create opportunities through both inbound and outbound lead generation efforts.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
