Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive to generate qualified B2B leads for a leading international financial services client. The ideal candidate will have experience in international outbound calling, inside sales, or business development within the banking, payments, fintech, or financial services industry. This role involves identifying business opportunities, engaging with corporate decision-makers, qualifying leads, and scheduling meetings for senior client executives. The candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a consultative sales approach, and the ability to consistently achieve lead generation targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to corporate prospects across international markets.
• Generate and qualify B2B leads for Commercial Card and Payment Solutions.
• Identify business opportunities through research, prospecting, and outbound engagement.
• Schedule meetings and appointments for the client's senior executives.
• Engage with key decision-makers to understand their business requirements.
• Present Commercial Card solutions and communicate their business value effectively.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients through regular follow-ups.
• Handle objections professionally and nurture prospects throughout the sales process.
• Maintain accurate lead, follow-up, and appointment records in the CRM system.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation reports.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless lead handover.
• Stay updated on commercial card products, financial services, and industry trends.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation targets.

Required Skills

• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills with a neutral international accent.
• Strong international outbound calling and B2B lead generation experience.
• Excellent prospecting, lead qualification, and appointment-setting skills.
• Strong negotiation and objection-handling abilities.
• Good understanding of Commercial Cards, Banking, Payment Solutions, FinTech, or Financial Services.
• Ability to engage and influence senior business decision-makers.
• Strong relationship management and follow-up skills.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.

Experience

• 1–4 years of experience in International Calling, Inside Sales, Business Development, or B2B Lead Generation.
• Prior experience in Commercial Cards, Banking, Payments, FinTech, or Financial Services is mandatory.
• Experience working with international clients will be an added advantage.
