Job Overview

We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Executive to drive growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and contributing to revenue expansion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new leads through outbound/inbound channels
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
  • Conduct product demos and explain solutions effectively to potential customers
  • Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams for customized solutions
  • Manage the sales pipeline and update CRM regularly
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals efficiently
  • Track market trends and competitor activities

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of experience in business development or sales
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets
  • Experience with CRM tools and sales pipelines
  • Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment

Good to Have

  • Experience in SaaS, API-based products, or tech solutions
  • Knowledge of WhatsApp Business API or communication platforms
