Key Responsibilities

• Requirement Gathering: Collect and interpret internal and external requirements to create detailed technical design specifications.
• Business Process Re-engineering: Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness across business operations.
• Analysis & Documentation: Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation, including functional specifications, use cases, process flows, and UI requirements.

• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for drafting user stories, technical specifications, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Technical Proficiency: Solid understanding of technical concepts and ability to apply them in solution design and implementation.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to resolve challenges quickly and effectively in a dynamic environment.
