Job Description

• Regularly accompany the SSEs and sometimes the SOs
• To keep market outstanding in control as per decided Rules
• To keep Discounts in control as per decided Rules
• To ensure that Weekly cycle of Sales is strictly adhered to
• To give justice to the COMPLETE Range of EUROPA products
• To methodically increase the reach of EUROPA products throughout the assigned market
• Number of Dealers handling - Minimum 150
• Regularly review the performance of Team.
• Responsible for OD Activities like- Recruitment, Training, PMS, GFCF etc.
• Prepare Business Plan of Area-sense of Business and Potential
• Responsible for OD Activities like- Recruitment, Training, PMS, GFCF etc.
• Branch/ESP/C & F handling- tickets closer
  
  

Candidate Profile

• Post-Graduation is must.
• Experience- More than 8 years in channel Sales/Project Sales
• Two wheeler with License is Must
• Age not more than 40 years
• Good communication skills
• Team Handling experience is must. Minimum 4 member.
