Role Summary

We are looking for an Application Support Specialist with experience in Loan Origination Systems (LOS) and Oracle FLEXCUBE Lending Modules . The ideal candidate should possess strong banking domain knowledge in lending operations, loan servicing, and production support.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide application support for Oracle FLEXCUBE Loan Modules and LOS applications.
• Manage and support end-to-end lending processes including loan origination, disbursement, servicing, collections, recovery, and closure.
• Support loan products such as Retail, Corporate, MSME, Agriculture, and Overdraft facilities.
• Verify loan account setup, interest calculations, repayment schedules, and accrual processes.
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues, incidents, and service requests.
• Perform impact analysis for system enhancements and changes.
• Support regulatory reporting, MIS, compliance, and reconciliation requirements.
• Collaborate with business users, technology teams, and external partners to ensure smooth operations.
• Monitor application performance and provide timely issue resolution.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and support project delivery activities.
  
  

• 2-3 years of experience in Banking Application Support.
• Strong understanding of lending lifecycle processes and loan servicing.
• Experience with Loan Origination Systems (LOS) and Oracle FLEXCUBE Lending Modules.
• Understanding of delinquency management, NPA processing, provisioning, rollover, and rescheduling.
• Hands-on experience with SQL/Oracle queries.
• Knowledge of Windows Servers and application support environments.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  
  

• Experience in Retail Banking, Corporate Banking, or Lending Operations.
• Understanding of regulatory reporting and banking compliance requirements.
• Experience working with production support and incident management processes.
• Exposure to vendor management and stakeholder coordination.
