Summary: As an Application Support Engineer, you will engage in a variety of tasks that involve identifying and resolving issues within critical business systems. Your typical day will include collaborating with team members to troubleshoot software problems, analyzing system performance, and ensuring that applications run smoothly. You will also be responsible for documenting solutions and providing support to users, all while maintaining a proactive approach to system maintenance and improvement. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Assist in the development and implementation of software solutions to enhance system functionality. - Monitor system performance and provide recommendations for improvements. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Python (Programming Language). - Strong understanding of software debugging techniques. - Experience with application performance monitoring tools. - Familiarity with database management and SQL. - Ability to write clear and concise technical documentation. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Python (Programming Language). - This position is based at our Jaipur office. - A 15 years full time education is required., 15 years full time education
