Job Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as an Airport Ground Staff. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting passengers with their travel needs, ensuring the safe and efficient operation of airport activities, and maintaining a high level of customer service at all times. Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist passengers at check-in counters, security checkpoints, and boarding gates
• Handle baggage and cargo, including loading and unloading from aircraft
• Provide information and assistance to passengers regarding flight schedules, delays, and other travel-related inquiries
• Ensure the safety and security of all passengers by following established procedures and protocols
• Communicate effectively with airline staff, airport personnel, and other ground handling companies
• Perform various administrative tasks, such as completing reports and maintaining records
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in customer service or the aviation industry is preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Must be physically fit and able to lift heavy baggage
• Fluent in English, knowledge of other languages is a plus Contract Details:
