Department : Operations Liabilities

Qualification : Graduation or above

Location: Jaipur

Experience required: Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience

Roles And Responsibilities

Process and verify KYC documents for account opening of Sole Proprietorship, Partnership Firms, Companies, Trusts, Societies, and TASC entities as per bank guidelines.
Ensure accurate inwarding, FTNR tracking, document verification, and data validation while maintaining regulatory compliance and nil operational loss.
Adhere to defined TATs for account opening activities to ensure superior customer service and stakeholder satisfaction.
Coordinate with business/front-end teams for query resolution, deviation approvals, and seamless account onboarding.
Conduct KYC/process training for employees, manage operational MIS, and drive process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and controls.

Skills

Experience in preparing and maintaining MIS reports, dashboards, and operational trackers.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
